Tips for successfully registering for online banking

1. Member email and phone number are mandatory fields. These get collected during the login process. Please be sure we have the correct information on file.
2. If your Login ID/username has leading zeroes, you need to include the zeroes (the old online banking system would pre-fill the zeroes).
3. When system requires member to change Security Code/password, a NEW password must be entered. Prior passwords cannot be used.
4. Current Security Code/password requirements are: must be between 8-16 characters and must contain at least 2 alphabetic and 2 numeric characters. In addition, it may contain special characters _-!@$*()=+[]{}|
