4.) Fill in the required information. Please note that this is the primary accountholder’s information.
5.) The next screen will prompt you for your Email Address, Logon ID, and Security Code (Password)

     You may use your account number as your Logon ID and choose a Security Code based on the

     You will also need to select three security questions.

CHCU Mobil Banking, Remote Deposit Capture and Bill-Pay

- Download our Mobile App on to your smart phone and use your online banking credentials to log in.
- You can view all of your CHCU accounts, and your CHCU Visa credit card information. To access

  your Visa credit card information you will need to enroll your credit card online, click HERE.

Once your credit card is enrolled from our mobile app click the top left hand toolbar then click the + at the top right, in the search field enter Community Healthcare Credit Union, then enter your ezcard user name & password.
- You can also add other accounts from the top 25 US financial institutions to our mobile app.

Remote Deposit Capture

Make check deposits to your account on your mobile app with Remote Deposit Capture.

Once you have signed into our mobile app follow the prompts to activate this service. Upon CHCU approval, you will be able to deposit checks into your account.

*Deposits are subject to Reg CC and will be processed each business day at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Once enrolled you can view your payments, pay bills from our Mobile App.



Go Paperless! Sign up for E-STATEMENTS.

1.) Log in to your Online Banking account.
2.) Under the Self Service tab, click eStatements in the Additional Services section.
3.) The option to enroll/unenroll will pop up in a new window.
4.) Select the Enroll for eStatements option.
5.) Fill in your account number and the email address where you would like

     your eStatement notifications sent and click Submit.
6.) You will receive an email each time your statement is available.
